Established in the year 1999 with CNC Lathe built with latest technology, by Three Mechanical Engineering Graduates having 12 years hands on experience in CNC Machine Operations, Process Engineering, Tooling, Assembly and Manufacture of Components and sub-assemblies.

Infrastructure :
Our company has equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure which includes CNC Turning Centres, CNC VTL and CNC Verticall Machining centers. We also have conventional machines like All gear lathe, Center lathe, Milling, Drilling and Tapping machines.

In-house Design & Tool Room facility enable us to manufacture Jigs & Fixtures in time and results on-time sample and uninterrupted production.

Equipped with 3D CNC CMM, 2D CMM, Pneumatic Gauges for very accurate measurements and all other required Gauges and Instruments.

Also equipped with captive power generation so that 24 hours power supply ensures effective on time delivery.

Qualified and trained Engineers in the key areas like Planning, Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance drives our company towards our Objective.

Manufacture of CNC machined precision Components used for “Automotive Engines, Industrial Valves, Textile Machines, Motor Pumps and other General Engineering Components”.

We undertake the parts for machining and manufactured from

•  Drawn bars of all type of General steels, Stainless Steels, Aluminum, Brass, Monel, Duplex, Haste alloy, 17-4PH, Inconel, Stellite etc.

•  Castings of Steel, Stainless Steel, Grey iron, Ductile iron, Aluminum, Phosphor bronze, and Special alloys.

•  Forgings of all type of steels, non-ferrous like Aluminum, Brass, Copper etc.

•  Investment castings of Steels and Stainless Steels.

•  Hard facing like Stellite-6 .

Process we are Capable :
CNC Turning, CNC Milling, Drilling, Tapping, Boring, Broaching, Key way Slotting, Burnishing, Honing, Grinding, Heat Treatment, Surface Treatment etc.
